MEET COLT
Colt Tanner, MA, LPC
Colt earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace College.
He approaches therapy through an Adlerian lens, emphasizing the importance of connection, purpose, and holistic healing. Within marriage counseling, he likes to incorporate Gottman methods.
Colt is passionate about walking alongside individuals as they explore the unique patterns of their lives, overcome obstacles, and move toward becoming their ideal selves. He values creating a collaborative, encouraging space where clients feel seen and empowered to grow. Areas of focus include: Adults, Depression, Anxiety, Anger, ADHD, Athletes & Sports Psychology, Couples, Families, Christian Counseling, Trauma, Existential Concerns, Cultural Identity

MEET ALLEN
Allen Conner, CT
Allen received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Wright State University. He is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Colorado Christian University with plans to graduate in 2026. He is under the direct Supervision of Executive Director, Kendra Hemminger, LPCC-S.
Allen has worked as a case manager for the last six years serving young adults who have emancipated from Ohio's foster care system. In this role he mentors and coaches young people towards their goals while teaching valuable life skills. Allen is passionate about helping families grow their resilience and emotional connectedness. He is highly skilled with family relationships, couples, parenting struggles, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.
